" A FRESH START"
Its the start of a new year and that means new years resolution. A new beginning 2022 is the year to make planes to be a better you, deciding to challenge yourself and make new goals. Its a fresh start and a new beginning.
Every year is a new beginning, a
breath of fresh air. A resolution is a way of saying last year is over its time
to move forward for the better and don’t look back. We all set goals but the majority
tend not to stick to them. It is easy to fall back in to old habits and get
lost in the madness of life. I myself have done this many times and always
found an excuse as to why. But with each year we grown and learn even if we
don’t fully recognise it.
There is no doubt about it that
this year is gone and god knows where. Covid has messed with everyone and
things will never be the way they were. I am not here to talk about covid
instead I am here on a positive note, to say that the last two years are behind
us and it is time to move forward.
This is a new year its time to
embrace it. With each year we learn lessons good and bad. We learn what kind of
people we are and who we are becoming. In bad there is always good you just
have to be able to see it. What ever you did not do last year do this year,
read more, go outside more, talk more. Prove to yourself and others you are
capable of so much more.
Every day is a fresh start,
waiting for the year to end shouldn’t be when we start over but I do find it
refreshing having a new year and new beginnings. It makes it easier to start
over. Life is to short to worry about things out of your control. With every
year that passes whether good or bad we all learn from it and grow in to a
stronger person. It is too short to pass up opportunity’s and too short to
think about the what ifs. Every year is a new start to rethink were you want to
go and leave the past behind you but you need to make them decisions on your
own. take life by the hand and grab it.
Make this year all about you and
what you want, do not limit yourself as Picasso would say
